Thank You for Participating in This Year's Summer Reading Program
We hope you had as much fun as we did finding your voice this summer at the Watsonville Public Library! We had 824 people sign up for the reading program and had a total attendance of 2,204 at our 106 library events throughout the summer.
Thank you so much to the Friends of the Watsonville Public Library, PVUSD, Slice Project and La Michoacana for sponsoring us and supporting the annual summer reading program.
Find Your Voice this Summer at the Library!
Our annual Summer Reading Program will run from:
June 5 - July 31 in 2023
How to Sign Up
You can register for the reading challenge one of two ways:
• Signing Up (or Logging Into if you have an account already) the Beanstack App on your phone (Android / iOS), or the Beanstack website. You will track all of your reading online if you use this method.
• Registering in person during library hours at the Main Library or Freedom Branch to participate with a traditional paper reading log.
■Anyone, of any age, can participate in the Summer Reading Program. ■ Everyone who registers will receive a Free book (while supplies last). ■ Participants choose to keep track of their reading in one of two ways - either on a traditional paper reading log, or online and earn prizes throughout the summer. ■ The last day to turn in reading logs and get the completion prize for reading 10 hours is Monday, July 31st, 2023.
