Sister Cities

Sister city partnerships facilitate a mutually beneficial relationship between two cities for the exchange and cooperation in such fields such as business, trade, culture, education, sports, and technology. The City is a member of Sister Cities International, a network of cities who's mission is, "to promote peace through mutual respect, understanding, and cooperation - one individual, one community at a time." 

 

The City of Watsonville has established sister city partnerships to promote peace, understanding, and prosperity through people-to-people relationships, cultural understanding, opportunities to exchange culture, arts, education, trade, municipal management, health, agriculture, and broaden cooperation between the City of Watsonville and cities all over the world.
