RFP for Case Management Services for Youth and their Families

The City of Watsonville is requesting proposals from qualified contractors to provide case management services to youth and their families offered through City Recreation Facilities in Watsonville for the period from July 1, 2023- June 30, 2025.  The required services are described in the Scope of Work.

Request for Proposals for Case Management 

All questions regarding this Request for Proposal should be submitted in writing via email to nick,merolla@watsonville.gov by July 14th at 5:00p.m.  Responses to questions received in writing will be posted on the City of Watsonville Parks & Community Services' website in the form of an addendum.

Proposals must be received by 5:00p.m. on August 4, 2023.  Proposals should be submitted electronically to:  nick.merolla@watsonville.gov.

RFP for Watsonville Strawberry Festival Event Infrastructure

The City of Watsonville is requesting proposals from event infrastructure professionals to provide special event equipment for the City of Watsonville’s Strawberry Festival held in Downtown Watsonville for a period of one (1) year, with the option to renew for three (3) additional one (1) year terms.  Provision of infrastructure equipment shall enhance the professional look and branding of the Festival; help to meet health and safety requirements; and contribute to positive experiences for vendors and event attendees. The required services and performance conditions are described in the Scope of Work. The set of services requested will ideally be awarded to one contractor, but may be separately awarded to multiple contractors.

Questions regarding this RFP should be submitted in writing and directed to Jessica Beebe, Recreation Supervisor, via e-mail at jessica.beebe@watsonville.gov no later than May 5, 2023. As necessary, responses to questions will be issued via an addendum. The City of Watsonville reserves the right to reject any and all proposals. All proposals must be submitted by Friday, May 19 by 5:00 PM.
