The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers a variety of classes, camps, and programs for youth and adult players of all skill levels. Whether you're taking up a new hobby, learning a new skill, or being more active, we have a program for you. Youth Sports

  • Itty Bitty Sports

    • Itty Bitty Sports is for young players ages 3-5 taking the first steps into Basketball, T-Ball, and Flag Football. These action-packed sessions are filled with age-appropriate activities that will help your child to develop their motor and socialization skills. Learning the fundamentals and having fun are the goals of this program! REGISTER HERE

  • Gymnastics

    • Specifically designed for each age group, these courses will help your child develop: basic and advanced motor skills, hand-eye coordination, balance, strength, flexibility, self-esteem building and social skills with an emphasis on safety and FUN. REGISTER HERE

  • Soccer

    • The City of Watsonville Parks & Community Services Department offers soccer to youth ages 3-13. Our goal is for all youth sports participants, parents, children, and volunteers to have an enjoyable experience. Character and skill development are the main components. Non-competitive games are a part of every season, and each child will play an equal amount of time in every game or as close as possible over the course of the season considering the team size. Of course, a FUN and friendly environment is characteristic of all our programs. REGISTER HERE

  • Basketball

    • This fun-filled winter clinic is designed for athletes ages 6-13. This clinic will focus on learning the FUNdamentals of the game. Participants can expect to improve on ball handling, passing, shooting, defense, footwork, speed and agility.

  • Pickleball

    • Pickleball is a popular and fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and Ping-Pong into a lively experience for all ages and abilities. Played on a modified tennis court, pickleball is a fun outdoor activity the whole family can enjoy. Come learn everything there is to know about this new, exciting sport. REGISTER HERE

  • Tennis

    • The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers year-round tennis classes for youth and adults. These classes will introduce beginners and intermediate levels to proper footwork and ball control. Private lessons are also available. Come join USPTA Professionals Jon Tarr and Michael Loleng out in the courts. REGISTER HERE

Adult Sports

  • Pickleball

    • Pickleball is a popular and fast-growing sport that combines elements of tennis, badminton and Ping-Pong into a lively experience for all ages and abilities.     • The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers men's basketball leagues in the Winter, Spring, and Fall. There are eight (8) weeks of regular season play (Round Robin format), followed by one (1) week of playoffs/finals (single elimination format).

  • Co-Ed Softball

    • The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers a Co-ed softball league in the Spring, and Summer-Fall. There are eight (8) weeks of regular season play (Round Robin format), followed by one (1) week of playoffs/finals (single elimination format).

  • Men's Softball

    • The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers a Men’s Softball league in the Spring, and Summer/Fall. There are eight (8) weeks of regular season play (Round Robin format), followed by one (1) week of playoffs/finals (single elimination format). The D4 League plays on Tuesdays, and the D5 League plays on Mondays.

  • Co-Ed Volleyball

    • The City of Watsonville Parks and Community Services Department offers a Co-Ed Volleyball league in the Winter and Summer. See you on the court.
