How to Incorporate Low Impact Development (LID)
into New and Redevelopment Projects

Monterey Bay communities have been implementing the Central Coast Post-Construction Stormwater Requirements (PCRs) since March 2014. These Civil engineering design requirements affect new and redevelopment site planning and how stormwater is managed on-site prior to its discharge off-site. This FREE training will provide an overview of the PCRs, discuss LID principles for development design, and offer Do’s and Don’ts for successful agency review and approval.
