This FREE event is open for kids 13 & under and requires pre-registration.𝗨𝘀𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗤𝗥 𝗰𝗼𝗱𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗿𝗲𝗴𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿. Participants will receive a bag before they begin trick-or-treating at participating downtown businesses.
