Three artists will be given a $500 stipend for rough designs on the themes below. One of the three will be paid $3000 to respond to community input and refine their designs. Mosaics will be fabricated by Community Arts & Empowerment and the artist stipend is for design work only.
Proposal Submission Deadline: November 16, 2025. Proposals must be submitted to WatsonvilleBrillante@gmail.com no later than 12PM. Late submissions will not be considered.
