Draft Watsonville Vision Zero Corridor Study Now Available for Review

This community-guided effort focuses on improving safety and accessibility along Freedom Boulevard for everyone, whether you walk, bike, use a wheelchair, ride transit, or drive.

The study examines crash trends along the corridor, incorporates feedback gathered from the community, and presents potential design solutions to improve overall traffic safety. Proposed improvements include enhancements to sidewalks, bike lanes, crossings, and other roadway features that support safer travel for all users.

Community input is a vital part of this process. Your feedback will help shape the final plan and guide future improvements that reflect local needs while advancing Watsonville’s Vision Zero goal of eliminating traffic deaths and serious injuries.
