[ARCHIVED] Libraries = Strong Communities!
Celebrating National Library Week

Libraries = Strong Communities

We're celebrating National Library Week to highlight the valuable role libraries, librarians and library workers have in strengthening our communities. Libraries = Strong Communities!

We celebrate National Library Week annually to highlight the valuable role libraries, librarians, and library workers have in transforming lives and strengthening our communities. This year’s theme, Libraries = Strong Communities, reinforces how today's libraries are at the heart of our communities.

Libraries provide a public space where communities, regardless of age, culture, or income level can come together. Libraries provide critical resources, programs, and access to help members of their communities connect and learn.

How do You Library?

Join the celebration, and share your library story - how do you library?  We invite you to share with us on social media what you love about our library - whether it's a favorite program, access to resources, or your favorite staff member. Please tag us on Facebook or Instagram so we can celebrate with you.
