Application for Use of the Library Meeting / Conference Room

  1. Reserve a Meeting / Conference Room
    The Watsonville Public Library’s meeting/conference rooms may be reserved on a first-come, first-served basis for meetings of community groups and events of an informational, educational or cultural nature. All applications must be submitted at least one month in advance of requested meeting date.

    Please note - A/V Equipment is only available in the Meeting room.

  4. You can enter more than one date.
  5. Our Hours are: Monday-Thursday 10am - 7:45pm, Friday 10am - 5:45pm pm & Saturday at the Freedom Branch 12pm - 4pm. 

    (Please include setup and clean up time. Rooms are not available before business hours or when the library is closed.).
