Our Bilingual Toddler Storytime features fun songs, rhymes and books that foster early literacy ~ this program takes place in-person at the Main Library Children's Room on Thursdays at 10:30am.

Naomi Helena Quiñonez is a poet, educator and cultural activist. Quiñonez is the author of three collections of poetry, Hummingbird Dream/Sueño de Colibri, The Smoking Mirror and The Exiled Moon. She co-edited Invocation L.A: Urban Multicultural Poetry, which won the American Book Award, and also edited several critical and literary publications including, Decolonial Voices: Chicana and ChicanoStudies in the 21st Century, Caminos Magazine and Chiseme Arte Revista. She is cofounder of the Bay Area Librotraficante network, a founding member of the Los Angeles Barrio Writer’s Workshop and she offers poetry and teaches literacy workshops to diverse communities throughout California. This program will be presented in English.
