The City of Watsonville offers 143 acres of park land in its 26 parks for the community to enjoy. From small pocket parks featuring lush green areas to larger parks, such as Pinto Lake Park that features fishing, boating and hookups for RV camping, a wide variety of amenities may be found in City of Watsonville parks.
Watsonville City Trails
There is also an extensive trail system that is maintained by the Public Works and Utilities Department. Watsonville City Trails provide easy public access to a stunning 800 acre freshwater wetland. More than seven miles of trails and 29 trail entrances in Watsonville neighborhoods offer many opportunities to enjoy the natural beauty of our special wetlands for recreation and relaxation.Trails are free, open every day. Dogs on leash are welcome. Wheelchair accessible trails noted on trail map. Drop-in trail clean-up opportunities are available. Trail maps available outside of the City's Nature Center or online here
