The City of Watsonville will be releasing its Draft Consolidated Annual Performance and Evaluation Report (CAPER) for the 2021 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program Year.
The CAPER documents and quantifies the progress of the City’s CDBG Entitlement and measures its success in attaining goals set out in the 2020-2024 Consolidated Plan.
It’ll be available for public review and comment online Housing | Watsonville
(cityofwatsonville.org) and at the Community Development Department (250 Main Street) from September 12- 28 during normal business hours.
All written public comments received before 4:30PM September 28, will be addressed in the CAPER before it is submitted to the U. S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Written comments may be delivered to City Hall, 250 Main Street, or mailed to: Community Development Department, Attn: CAPER, 250 Main Street, Watsonville, CA 95076.

La Ciudad de Watsonville estará publicando para su revisión el Proyecto del Informe Anual Consolidado de Evaluación y Ejecución (CAPER por sus siglas en inglés) para el Programa 2021 del Fondo Gratuito Global para el Desarrollo Comunitario (CDBG por sus siglas en inglés).

Todos los comentarios por escrito que se reciban antes de las 4:30PM el 28 de septiembre, se expondrán en este informe antes de enviarlo al Departamento de Vivienda y Desarrollo Urbano de EE.UU.
