[ARCHIVED] Flood Warning Issued for Residents Along Corralitos Creek

Flood Advisory (1)

Update January 4, 2023 @ 3:15PM: A flood warning has been issued for residents who live along Corralitos Creek. Any residence within this blue-shaded area is under a flood warning (larger map available at cityofwatsonville.org).

-Airport Blvd to Freedom Blvd north of Compton Terrace 
-Atkinson Ln to Pajaro Ln
-Thicket Ln & Marigold Ave
-Everything north of Quinza Ct
-Mobile homes above 801 at Blanca Ln
-Homes above 56 at Packard Ln

Residents in these areas should be prepared to evacuate and move to higher ground before the start of the weather system at 4PM. Please stay off the levees for your safety and to avoid slowing our operations. 


To sign up for CodeRed, the emergency alert and evacuation system, visit SCR911.org or text SCR911 to 99411. For residents needing help signing up or without internet access, call 2-1-1. You can also receive notifications by downloading the Watsonville Police Department app.  


A 24-hour emergency hotline has been set up. Please call 831-768-3038. If the line is busy, please be patient. Up-to-date information is being provided on all city social media accounts and our website at www.cityofwatsonville.org

Los residentes en estas áreas deben estar preparados para evacuar y trasladarse a un terreno más alto antes del inicio del sistema meteorológico a las 4PM. Manténgase alejado de los diques por su seguridad y para evitar ralentizar nuestras operaciones.
