[ARCHIVED] City Employees Raise $9,666 for Second Harvest

🥁 Drum roll, please…    

A total of $9,666.72 was raised by our City employees for the 2024 Holiday Food & Fund Drive to support Second Harvest Food Bank, Santa Cruz! 

Our fundraising efforts will provide more than 29,000 nutritious meals for children, families, seniors, and veterans.  

 A huge THANK YOU to our staff for showing what it truly means to give back. We couldn’t be prouder of them for stepping up and making a difference in our community!   

Founded in 1972, Second Harvest Food Bank Santa Cruz County was the first food bank in California and is the second oldest in the nation. Every month, 65,000 local residents count on them to avoid missing meals. 

𝗘𝗦𝗣𝗔Ñ𝗢𝗟 
Los empleados de nuestra Ciudad recaudaron un total de $9,666.72 para la Campaña de Recolección de Alimentos y Fondos de 2024 en apoyo al banco de comida Second Harvest Food Bank de Santa Cruz. 

Nuestros esfuerzos de recaudación de fondos proporcionarán más de 29,000 comidas nutritivas para niños, familias, personas mayores y veteranos. 

Muchísimas GRACIAS a nuestro personal por mostrar lo que realmente significa contribuir. ¡No podríamos estar más orgullosos de ellos por dar un paso al frente y hacer una diferencia en nuestra comunidad!
