Proper permitting and licensed contractors must be used when completing any work on the City right of way. Such work includes:
Removing and replacing or installing new curb, gutter and sidewalk
Replacing, modifying or installing driveway approaches
Installing under-sidewalk drains and removing and installing pavement from an existing roadway.
Work
completed without an encroachment permit or not adhering to City standards may result in a fine and be required to be removed. The work will only be allowed to be reinstalled with proper permitting.
