First two hours are free
If you will be in the library for more than 2 hours, you may ask for a parking pass at the library's circulation desk, which will give you an additional free hour of parking
If you will be remaining in the library for more than 3 hours, you must purchase a $5 all day parking permit from the parking permit machines located on level 2 of the parking garage by the elevators
