The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) is a civil rights law that provides people with disabilities equal access to state and local government programs, activities, and services.  The City of Watsonville ensures compliance with the ADA and does not discriminate on the basis of disability in the admission and access to its services, programs, or activities and will provide reasonable accommodations upon request to people with disabilities.

Grievance Procedure

This Grievance Procedure is established to meet the requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 ("ADA"). It may be used by anyone who wishes to file a complaint alleging discrimination on the basis of disability in the provision of services, activities, programs, or benefits by the City of Watsonville.
