Engineering Division
Engineering administers the City's Computerized Pavement Management Program (PMP) and implements necessary streets maintenance projects.
Engineering also coordinates with the Santa Cruz County Regional Transportation Commission regarding regional transportation and the allocation of state and federal transportation funding. They also coordinate with Santa Cruz and Monterey Counties regarding flood control projects and related issues.

Bids & Proposals
The Engineering Division is responsible for public works construction projects for the city. These projects include new construction, improvements and renovations of public buildings, parks and recreation facilities, streets, traffic signals, street lights, wastewater collection system, water systems and storm systems.

Stormwater Regulations

Our new eProcurement Portal allows vendors to: - Register to bid and receive notifications of future opportunities by subscribing. - Follow updates to open solicitations, by finding the solicitation and clicking the Follow button. - Submit questions and receive answers for open solicitations. - Be guided through the electronic submittal process.
