As we plan for this year’s celebration, we are excited to invite you to participate in a new and expanded model: 

Watsonville Earth Week of Action!

Due in part to renovation construction scheduled at the City Plaza, this year the Watsonville Earth Day Team is pivoting from a single Earth Day resource fair toward a more inclusive, action-based, and community-rooted approach. This new model emphasizes hands-on climate action and allows us to reach more neighborhoods throughout the city.

Your leadership is essential to making Earth Week of Action a success. We strongly encourage your organization to take part and help shape this collective effort to build a healthier, more resilient Watsonville.

The Earth Week of Action will take place from Wednesday, April 15th to Wednesday, April 22nd.  

Partners may host activities independently, collaborate with other organizations, or co-host with the City. The City of Watsonville will provide coordination support, promotion, and inclusion in official Earth Week of Action materials and outreach.

Fill out the interest form if you are interested in participating even if your organization is not based in Watsonville. We will share the participant responses with everyone interested to identify opportunities for collaboration between organizations based in and outside of Watsonville.
